Tickets will soon be available at all known advance booking offices as well as at the box office during opening hours from the start of the exhibition. Take advantage of the reduced admission prices on weekdays!


Time slot tickets

In order to be able to optimally direct the flow of visitors and thus comply with the applicable hygiene and distance regulations, it is necessary to book a time slot. With the time slot ticket, access to the exhibition is possible within the booked time slot, the length of stay is unlimited.

Flex / Gift Tickets

For those who want to remain flexible or give tickets as a gift without a time limit, so-called flex/gift tickets are the right alternative. With them, access to the exhibition is possible at any time.

An entertaining and informative audio guide (German and English), which is included in the ticket price, explains the individual works of art and all the important historical background.

Additional fees may apply for orders placed online or by telephone.
* Reduction only on presentation of a valid ID: senior citizens (65 years), trainees, pupils and students (up to 27 years) as well as people with disabilities (exhibition is wheelchair accessible. If an accompanying person is registered, he or she has free admission to the exhibition).
** General education schools, vocational schools and vocational schools in class.

Public guided tours


Every Saturday and Sunday (2.00 p.m. each day)

The guided tour can be booked online and, depending on availability, at the box office in addition to the regular ticket.

Questions & Answers

How much time should one allow for a visit to the exhibition?

As a rule, visitors spend about 1.5 hours in the exhibition. You should definitely plan for this time.

Is it allowed to take photographs or film in the exhibition?

Photographs may be taken with a mobile phone. Cameras and filming are not permitted.

For how many is the family ticket valid?

The family ticket is valid for 2 adults + 2 children or alternatively for 1 adult + 3 children.

Is there an exhibition shop?

Yes, there is an exhibition shop with a large selection of art prints on site.

Is there sufficient seating available in the exhibition?

Yes. There are enough seats spread out.

Where can I get my audio guide?

You can get your audio guide at the box office.

Are pets allowed in the exhibition?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the exhibition. Registered companion dogs are allowed.

Is there an exhibition catalogue?

Yes, the exhibition catalogue is available in the exhibition shop.

Can an admission ticket or a guided tour ticket be returned?

Admission tickets and guided tour tickets cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I take food and drink into the exhibition?

Food and drinks are not allowed in the exhibition.

Are there lockers and do I have to pay for them?

Lockers are available in the entrance area of the exhibition and can be used for a fee of 1€. There is no cloakroom.

Mobility restriction

The premises of the parochial church Berlin are barrier-free, a disabled toilet is also available.
